Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hayaa Boutiques, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Cancellation:
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

Refunds:
• Prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible time will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds once dispatched.

Note:
• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Hayaa Boutiques reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or quality issues (full refund will be issued in such cases)
